Our Molding facility comprises of 20 presses with
various clamping capacities ranging from 35 to 250 tons.
Manufacturing is in an environmentally controlled atmosphere,
employing SPC and SQC techniques ensuring highly repeatable
quality. It is an operation that is certified to QS9000 and ISO
9002.
We employ
closed-loop material handling systems, microprocessor controlled
and automated part handling robots to provide advanced for high
efficiency molding.
Our
inspection facility is capable to handle tight tolerancing gears
and complex components to meet your quality demands.
